At HOMETEAM SEATTLE, we want you to feel confident in your local style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our Seattle warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
